Commission Percentage and Booking Guarantee
10% of the total amount is retained by the Destinelo booking system as the regular Commission Percentage after each successful booking of accommodation, car rental, tour or cruise service, which means that you are not required to send us monthly compensation or engage in costly bank transactions. The remaining 90% is to be collected from the Customer on location by the Partner.

General Terms and Services
To become a Destinelo Partner, it is necessary to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Provision of Services. You can check the Contract on the link or button bellow.
The Contract is validated by either a signed copy of the Contract or by an email confirmation of accepting the Terms.
When you open the Contract you have the option to download the .pdf file by cliking on the download icon.

How to create rooms?
Hello partner! Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating rooms. Please note that the images in this post are clikcable for a larger view.
To create a room first you have to log in with you credentials. Use our ribbon on the upper right above the menu.
Click on my account/login and fill in your user name and password you used to register as partner.
Now use our menu bar and hover/click on “Partners” link to open the sub menu. Choose and click on “Partner page”.
Every option that you need will be there in quick menu on the Partner page. Now you can choose “Create room types” button to start crating your accommodation on Destinelo.
The below screen appears. Kindly fill out the “Room title” field with the name of your room (like Single bed room, Double bed room with lake view etc.). Kindly fill out the “Description” field. Write a few sentences that best describe your room and its assets.
After you’ve entered the Title and Description info, click on the “Create” button. Please wait for the next screen to appear. Please be patient and don’t click twice on the “Create” button before the next screen appears. (This could double or triple the number of rooms with the same name which can be confusing later when you need to add the room to your accommodation. You can always edit your rooms later if you need to change the information or you forgot something.)
The information you enter in the “Description” field will be visible in the tab that is first shown on the portal when the customer browses your rooms, in the +more info section). (See picture below from an existing accommodation for reference)
On the next page you will see the following green notification “Success: your room type was successfully created!”.
This is where you start editing your room. If you are satisfied with the name and description please add a featured image that will represent your room on the main availability tab of your accommodation ( See picture above from an existing accommodation for reference). Adding gallery images of your room will give visitors the opportunity to browse the image gallery of the room as well.
Next you decide what is the minimum and maximum number of adults and children who can stay in your room. This is important information which gives the visitors the possibility to find your room according to their needs. (The maximum number of adults/children will be visible in your room info on the right side as an icon displaying the number of people that can stay in the room). Enter the info about bed and room size as well.
Next, enter the “Room meta information” description that will be visible under the room name. Useful for any specific info about the room type, like “breakfast included”, some tax info, special view etc.

Last you need to check the appropriate boxes to show the facilities of your room. The facilities of your room will be visible on the main availability tab of your accommodation on the room +more info section. To finish click the “update” button.
That’s it. When you see the next screen (picture below) with the green text “Success: your room type was successfully updated!” your room is ready for review before being published. If you are finished with creating all of you room types, you can start creating your accommodation now (even before we publish your room type(s).

How to create accommodation?
Hello partner! Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating accommodation. Please note that the images in this post are clickable for a larger view.

Now use our menu bar and hover/click on “Partners” link to open the sub menu. Choose and click on “Partner page”.
Every option that you need will be there in quick menu on the Partner page. Now you can choose “Create accommodation” button to start crating your accommodation on Destinelo.
The below screen appears. Kindly fill out the “Accommodation title” field with the name of your accommodation. Kindly fill out the “Description” field. Write a few sentences that best describe your accommodation and its assets.

Please be patient and don’t click twice on the “Create” button before the next screen appears. You can always edit your accommodation later if you need to change the information or you forgot something.)
The information you enter in the “Description” field will be visible in the Description tab of your accommodation page under part “General” and on the accommodation display box (number 1 and 4 on the picture below taken from an existing accommodation for reference).
On the next page you will see the following green notification “Success: your accommodation was successfully created!”.
This is where you start editing your accommodation. If you are satisfied with the name and description please add a featured image (we recommend at least 900 pixels wide) that will represent your accommodation in the accommodation display box. (See number 4 in picture above). Adding gallery images (we recommend at least 900 pixels wide and the same size for each gallery photo including featured image) of your accommodation will give visitors the opportunity to browse the image gallery of the accommodation as well (number 2. in picture above).
Next you will have to decide what is the rent type of your accommodation. Choose between daily, weekly or monthly basis (see picture below). This choice will determine the payment model of your accommodation. If you choose the daily type, the price will be multiplied by days at the final checkout. If you choose the weekly type your price will refer to a whole week (7 days) and will not multiply by days. The customer will be forced to choose a check out date (at least) 7 days after the chosen check in date (for a longer stay booking is possible in weekly units only). If you choose monthly type your price will refer to a whole month and will not be multiplied by days or weeks. Customers can book in monthly units only.
- Later, you will have the option to set the minimum and maximum number of days to stay. But the price configuration at the final checkout will be determined by this rent type choice.
Below this part you can check some boxes (see picture below).
- The first is “disabled room types”. If you check this option then your accommodation will not have rooms to attach and will be bookable as one entity (like a house, lodge, villa, etc). If you are renting rooms, don’t check this box and you will have room types option below to attach your rooms to the accommodation.
- Next you can check “is priced for person” box. If you are renting your room per person check this, otherwise you will be renting per room basis.
- The third option is “hide inquiry form”. We allow visitors to ask you questions about availability of your rooms/accommodation in a form of an e-mail. This is a useful feature especially if you are renting apartments or if you have limited rooms to offer. However, all inquiry forms will be sent to us and we will forward the questions to you (after translation if needed). If you don’t need inquiries (you have enough rooms to offer for example) just check this option box to hide it on your accommodation page.
Next you need to attach your rooms (room types) that belong to the accommodation. Just check the boxes in front of your room names. You will only be able to see and check the rooms that you have created.
- If you had checked “disabled room types” option earlier you won’t be able to see the room types to attach.
Next is the star count option. Please choose the number of stars that represent your rating. Or leave it zero if star count doesn’t apply to your accommodation.
After that you have the option to choose your accommodation type. Hotel, hostel, apartment, villa etc. Our visitors can easily find your accommodation when searching for specific accommodation type.
Last on this picture is the Location option. Choose the location of your accommodation. This is very important for search results by location. This is required option.
Below this you will find the facilities option. Check all the facilities that your accommodation has. It will be visible on facilities tab of your accommodation page.
Below you’ll find the tag options. Please check the tags that apply to your accommodation (like beachfront, city or shopping).
After the tags, kindly set the minimum and maximum days to stay, if applicable. You can create restrictions so that our visitors can’t book less or more days than you allow.
If you have allowed check-in and check-out specific days of the week, kindly indicate those, as well.
Below that you’ll find the field to fill out the address of your accommodation.
In the fields below that, you’ll find various categories. (See picture below.) The first one is Availability extra text. You can use this field for a disclaimer text or anything else you want your clients to know before booking. This will be the first line of text displayed when listing all your accommodation/rooms (in the availability tab).
Next, enter your contact e-mail address. Once a booking is made by a client, our system will use this e-mail address to send the booking form to you with all the detailed information.
Next, latitude and longitude information are necessary so that our system can correctly display your location on the map. There are various options to easily find out the latitude and longitude of your location.

Or to find the latitude and longitude coordinates of a place on Google Maps, follow the steps below:
- Open Google Maps.
- Right-click the place or area on the map.
- Select What’s here?
- A card appears at the bottom of the screen with more info and the latitude and longitude coordinates.
Next, please fill out your cancellation policy and your service regarding children and extra beds (if applicable). If you leave these two field empty, these categories won’t be shown on your accommodation page.
In the fields below that, again, you’ll find various categories. (See picture below.) First, please indicate whether pets are allowed or not in your accommodation. If you leave this field empty, the “Pets” category won’t show up on your accommodation page.
Next, please indicate if you accept credit cards and which ones. (If you leave this field empty, the “Credit card” category won’t show up on your accommodation page).
Next, please indicate if there are any activities of interest at your location like organised tours, beach sports, hiking, biking, etc . (If you leave this field empty, the “Activities” category won’t show up on your accommodation page).
Next, please indicate if you provide Internet to your customers. Is it free of charge? (If you leave this field empty, the “Internet” category won’t show up on your accommodation page).
There are only 3 fields left! (See picture below for reference.)
Kindly indicate if there’s a parking space for your guests if they arrive by car. Is it free of charge or does it come with a fee?
Last, kindly indicate the check-in and check-out times of your accommodation.
Please ignore the two remaining fields “Things to do on location” and “Similar accommodation on location”. These will be automatically filled in by the system.
Click on the “Update” button to save all the information you’ve entered. (Or any other time you want to save the changes you’ve made to your accommodation.)
Congratulations! You’ve successfully created your accommodation on Destinelo!
Your rooms and accommodation are ready for review before being published. You will be notified by email when they are published and then you can create your vacancies to allow our visitors to start booking your rooms/accommodation.

How to create vacancies?
Hello partner! Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating vacancies. Please note that the images in this post are clikcable for a larger view.
To create a vacancy first you have to log in with your credentials. Use our ribbon on the upper right above the menu.
Click on my account/login and fill in your user name and password you used to register as partner.
Now use our main menu bar and hover/click on “Partners” to open up the sub menu. Choose and click on “Partner Page”.
The Partner page appears. Find and click on the “Create vacancies” button.
The page titled “Create vacancies” appears. (See picture below). Kindly fill out the “Season name” field with a phrase that will help you identify the vacancy period. (Like high season, low season, new year’s special, spring sale – or anything else you might find appropriate.)
In the fields below that please select the accommodation and room type and the number of available rooms.
In the fields below that please enter your price per day and weekend price per day if the two prices are different. If the two prices are the same, kindly enter a zero (0) in the “Weekend price per day” field.
In the last two fields kindly indicate the start date and the end date of the vacancy (You can use a small icons to the right of these fields that represent the calendar to open it and select a dates instead to manually type the dates).
IMPORTANT: The end date of the vacancy can only be a check out day.
If you’re satisfied, click on the “Create” button to create the vacancy. (Or the “Update” button if you’re editing an existing vacancy.)
(Note to our partners who want to edit existing vacancies: First, you need to click on the “My vacancies” button on the Partner Page. This will open up the “My vacancies” page. Here you can select the accommodation and the existing vacancy you wish to edit.)
When you click on the “Create” button to create vacancy, kindly wait for the next screen to appear. On the next page you will see the following green notification “Success: your vacancy was successfully created!”. (See picture below). You can always edit the existing vacancy or you can create as many new vacancies as you need.
Technical note: if you want to create a new vacancy season right away while you’re still on this page, you must click on the blue “Submit vacancies” submenu AGAIN so that the system can display a new vacancy form to fill in.
The vacancy will be displayed in the search results of your accommodation in the availability tab (see no. 1 in picture below). It can also be displayed in the main page widget boxes (see no. 2 in picture below).

Let’s see a few examples to avoid gaps and overlapping in the vacancy seasons:
Your single room is available to book from 1 January to 31 January. You want to have two different vacancy seasons with different prices. The first season, “new year’s special” has a price of 60 euros per day from 1 January to 10 January. You enter 1 January as the start date and 11 January as the end date. 11 january will be the check-out date and there’s no price or availability for 11 January in the availability calendar that Customers use on our website to make a booking.
To avoid a gap in the January vacancy, the next season, “January regular” with a price of 40 euros per day must have 11 January as the start date and 1 Feb as end date. That way both the 11th and 31st January are available for booking.
If you for some reason want to change the two vacancies in January, you can always edit the start date and end date fields of the two vacancies in January. Or you can create as many additional vacancies as you need.
Another example. You have one single room. If you overlap two vacancy seasons, the system will register your only single room as two single rooms for the overlapping period.
If you have all time availability for a particular room and you decide to change the price, you can update the existing vacancy with the new price. (If you change the price by creating a parallel second vacancy for the same room and same period and leave the first vacancy undeleted, the system will register that you have two rooms available for the same period.)
Note (please read):
The Destinelo booking system is based on vacancies. Vacancy is the period when accommodation is available to book. So you create vacancies for different time periods, depending on accommodation availability. They form the basis for the availability calendar displayed on your accommodation page on Destinelo. If it is necessary, vacancies can be edited any time – this is your responsibility as our partner to keep your booking calendar and Rates on Destinelo up-to-date. Once a booking of your accommodation is made outside the Destinelo booking system (on a different website, including your own) which affects availability, it is necessary for you to edit your vacancies on Destinelo to avoid double booking and customer dissatisfaction. It is your task to synchronise availability throughout various websites where your accommodation is displayed.
HOWEVER, if the booking is made WITHIN the Destinelo system, there’s no need for you to edit vacancies on Destinelo because the system will automatically update the availability calendar.
If you cannot update your availability regularly on Destinelo.com, it is necessary to state that visitors must use the “Send inquiry” button to request information of availability via email before continuing with the reservation of accommodation.
The “Send inquiry” button opens up an Inquiry form on our website which allows Customers to inquire about a certain date or period they’re interested to book. The system will forward this Inquiry form to you in email. Once you reply and confirm that your room/accommodation is available to book, we will inform the customer that they can proceed with the booking on our website. Please see the previous step, “How to create accommodation“, where you can choose whether you want to allow the inquiry form to be displayed on your accommodation page or not. If you choose not to display the Inquiry form, customers will go directly to booking your accommodation. (But you will need to confirm the booking anyway, as explained below).
As the first step of a real booking process, you will get an e-mail from the Destinelo system titled “New customer reservation – please confirm!” This requires confirmation of availability from your part to make sure the booking can proceed without any problem. When you confirm that the booking can proceed, our system will complete the reservation process and you can consider the booking completed (no more emails will be sent).
